Registration forms for the upcoming MY-NPL are available here. Please download the forms below, print it out and fax them over to 03 6277 7711 or hand it over personally at our office.

Closing Date : 25th July 2009

Team Registration:
No over the phone confirmation of registrations. All entries must be paid through online or cheque only. Registration must be submitted 5days before the event date. Late entries will not be entertain. Changes in team rosters are not allowed.

Registration Fees:
Division 1 -RM900
Division 2 -RM500
Division 3 -RM400
Division 4 -RM300
